Too many incentives, not enough vaccinations

All I'm asking is that you join me on the wild ride that is my brain's thoughts 😂
I have been thinking a lot about the incentives that various state governments are advertising in an attempt to persuade more people to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
And I'm just not convinced that they are as necessary or helpful as they were intended to be. While writing this script I did go on kind of a snowball, to be honest. I began thinking of all of the factors that some people may not take the time to consider when wondering why someone just won't get the vaccine.
And I'm sure that those who are choosing to not get the COVID-19 vaccine, look at the other side of the spectrum in the same way. They can't fathom why anyone would want to insert any misinformation to become vaccinated against COVID-19. This is why I wanted to bring in some external factors that can be the actual difference between choosing to get vaccinated and choosing not to get vaccinated.
Some of the external factors I touch on in the video include:
the digital divide
the lack of education in science, research, and healthcare
the (in my opinion) poor job that I think health organizations are doing to bridge the gap
SO if any of these sound interesting to you, feel free to take a listen!
